3. Service Usage Rules
You must adhere to the following rules when using the Service to maintain the ecosystem’s fairness and security:
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal or non-commercial purposes. Without written consent, you may not use the Service for other purposes.
On-Chain Operations: Transactions, smart contract deployments, and other operations executed through the Service require payment of Solana network Gas fees (priced in SOL). You must ensure sufficient wallet balance and understand that on-chain operations are irreversible (once confirmed, they cannot be canceled or modified).
AI Recommendations: Market analyses, investment advice, or other predictions provided by X-Grok are based on AI algorithms, offered for reference only, and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You bear the risks of decisions made based on these recommendations.
Intellectual Property: Content, code, AI models, and brand identifiers (e.g., “X-Grok,” “XGROK”) within the Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for competing products.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in the following activities:

Service Fees: Certain advanced features (e.g., in-depth analysis) require XGROK payments, with fee standards published on the website and subject to change. You must acquire XGROK independently (e.g., via exchanges).

Governing Law: The laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of law principles), as it is xAI’s place of registration and blockchain-friendly.
Arbitration: Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for arbitration in Delaware. Arbitration will be in English, with costs split equally.
Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to sue in a class action; disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration.
Statute of Limitations: Claims must be filed within 1 year of the dispute’s occurrence, or they are deemed waived.
If local laws require a different mechanism, we will strive to comply, but these Terms take precedence unless legally mandated otherwise.
